Where are the supposed crowds?
I drove by Gentlemen's & Adolescent's Club 10 on Tuesday night. I keep hearing from club supporters that attendance at their club is big, even on weeknights. Obviously, I hope that's not the case, and I don't think it is. There were a total of 14 vehicles in their parking lot as I drove by. By comparison, there were more cars in the lots of every individual restaurant in the Mundy Street area that very same evening.
I also noticed that many of the cars in Club 10's lot are parking in such a way as to block each other's license plates. It seems that people have been doing this for a while, but it only works if the other car sticks around as long as you do.
So where does this leave things? Several months ago, Club 10 fans consoled themselves with the thought that "you'll get tired of posting pictures and give it up." That's not going to happen. This site will continue posting pictures for as long as Club 10 spreads its poison in our shopping district.
I'm just curious what the building will be used for once Club 10 moves out.

The building is built on top of a garbage dump. Befor eyou know it, the floor will be caving in. Just wait and see. It's going to be hard for dancers to do their thing when their stage is underground.

The remnants of the club building will be used for landfill. It may be over a garbage dump, but underneath that, there is mine subsidence. If anyone recalls from roughly fifteen years ago, a large section of the caved in corner of the building was perfectly visible from the street. After that, the building was left vacant for years.

They are only trying to fool themselves as usual. Fronts of cars have been posted on this website just as effectively without license plates. All the more it makes one wonder why are they trying to be so discrete since the club is, quote "legal" and supposedly upscale.

I wonder what time you were there mr. family. I drove past there the other saturday with my wife--the parking lot was packed--- in an earlier post you claimed that g club members were parking at neighboring businesses-- seems odd that they would do that unless the parking lot was full.
anyway, I own a business, if the you are not making money, you simply go out of business just as the gateway cinema just did.
the club is spending quite a bit in advertising not a sign they are going under.
and the club is open 7 to 2
on weekdays, people come and go during these others a driveby at say 8 pm does not tell you who was there before and after and people do go there with other persons in one car and some people take taxis.
And I would not flatter myself about the way the cars park. Most of the people who go there never heard of mr family or if they did, they just do not care about your pic taking activities.

to 1209pm-- my wife and i feel the same way about the place--we have no problem with people going there--
the problem we say is one person trying to us what is right and wrong for us.
My wife went to a bachlorette party where they had male strippers and i went to a bachelor party where there were female strippers, neither of us felt threatened--- of course you and mr family know best what is right for my and everyone else's marriage. well's here's a thought concentrate on your own marriage/relationships.

6:35/11:53 Don't you and your wife feel threatened with the area becoming increasingly crime infested due to the increase in sexually-oriented businesses?
The majority of us do.
Therefore, when you pay everyone's mortgages, bills, and taxes around here who are in the midst of that crime, then you can call the shots. Deal?

first drugs are increasing the area's crime rate not adult businneses---ever read in the paper about a crime caused by or because of an adult establishment?
prostitutes that were arrested recently were not near any adult places.
Mr. family has not given us any proof that crime rates
here have increased becuase of adult places. And you know if they had, he would be the first one saying I told you so.
Once more what this boils down to, is a few people trying to force their religeous and moral beliefs down the throats of everyone else. What's next, will you tell me what books I can read, what movies I can watch, television shows etc. We know that's what you want, to control everyone's else's life.
if one's moral religeous beliefs forbid alcohol, are you going to take pics of people at liquor stores.
How about blood donation, if your religeon forbids

BTW, my fife could not care less if the male dancer was gay or strait. She was there to be entertained not to have sex with the dancer.

Well, 11:53, since I'm an atheist I'm not concerned with anyone's definition of "sin." I see no difference between gay bars and straight bars, but whether women are being degraded by men or degrading themselves, all strip clubs are degrading because of their objectification.
